I'm the founder of Ethique, the beauty brand that made shampoo bars popular (yes, I'm claiming that), and now I'm growing Incrediballs to revolutionise the drinks industry without the waste.
I love running businesses, but I really, really think we need to do business a bit differently.
I'm all about turning business into a force for good – balancing profits with giving a shit about people and our planet (and everything that lives on it). I started a free education platform called Business, but Better to help other founders start and scale their world-changing ethical ventures too.
I’ve won a few awards along the way, including the EY Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, and been admitted to the NZ Hall of Fame.
I’ve been animal obsessed since before I can remember, and have wanted to save the planet my entire life. So, that’s what I try and do with my businesses and Because Why?!
I’m also (very slowly) working my way through some certifications to become a cave diver, I have a lifestyle block in Otautahi Christchurch (in Aotearoa New Zealand) where I spend lots of time experimenting on how best to rewild nature and I have my own mini-zoo of 65 mostly terminally ill or rescue animals.
